The First Commercial Bank Foundation focuses on providing grants to nonprofit organizations that align with the bank’s philanthropic priorities and have measurable outcomes.
CORPORATE PHILANTHROPY PRIORITIES INCLUDE:
- Workforce readiness—Career development through apprenticeship programs, vocational and skilled trades training, STEM initiatives, literacy, and small business development and counseling.
- Arts and culture—Vibrant arts and cultural environment through initiatives that broaden the understanding of and exposure to art and culture by supporting visual, musical, and performing arts, art education, and exhibits.
- Financial capability—Financial education through homebuyer and credit counseling, financial literacy programs, and training on money management, predatory lending, and identity theft.
The Foundation board places special emphasis to direct grant funding toward nonprofits that serve racial and ethnic groups, the LGBTQ community, people with disabilities, women, and veterans to ensure that we are supporting and promoting the bank’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
